Portable Appliance Testing Validation
As part of our checking process, we validate that members undertake regular Portable Appliance Testing of their electrical equipment.
We are pleased to confirm that The Ultimate Disco has provided recent documents certifying that their electrical items passed PAT.
Disclaimer: PAT certificates only confirm that items were safe for use at the point of testing, which may be some time ago. DJmark asks for annual updates as this is considered best practice. In addition, DJmark cannot assure you that the items presented for test match the items that your DJ/Disco provider will actually use. If in doubt, ask for direct evidence from your DJ operator.

The Ultimate Disco is currently a PLATINUM member of DJmark
This is our top award and is only granted to members who provide a particularly high standard of customer care and follow all industry best practices. DJmark checks all documentation regularly, including verification of recent customer testimonials, to arrive at its decision.
Please look around the site for more details about our work. Note that since the introduction of the MCPS/PRS Alliance ProDub Licence in July 2008 we now require ALL members to produce a disclaimer or a licence as part of our validation process.
Membership History
When The Ultimate Disco was last assessed we checked:
- PLI certification
- PAT certification
- Sample contracts and booking forms
- Company registration (where applicable)
- ProDub licence in place or disclaimer received stating not required
- Customer meetings offered for all events
- Verified customer recommendations
- Landline and/or low-call/freephone number made available to clients
- Health & Safety Method Statement published
- Sample risk assessment and mitigation steps
