Customer Testimonials Validation
DJmark assess quality standards for the UK mobile disco industry.
As part of our vetting process, we ask members to submit three recent positive customer testimonials. These must be verifiable, and we randomly contact a significant proportion of former customers to confirm that the testimonials are valid.
We are pleased to confirm that NRG Roadshow has provided at least three recent verifiable customer testimonials.
Disclaimer: Whilst DJmark does follow up customer testimonials, we have no direct relationship with the people we contact and therefore we have to take the feedback at face value. You should always ask your DJ to provide references which you can follow up independently.

NRG Roadshow is currently a GOLD member of DJmark
This award is only granted to members who provide a high standard of customer care and follow most industry best practices. DJmark checks all documentation regularly, including verification of recent customer testimonials, to arrive at its decision.
Please look around the site for more details about our work. Note that since the introduction of the MCPS/PRS Alliance ProDub Licence in July 2008 we now require ALL members to produce a disclaimer or a licence as part of our validation process.
Membership History
When NRG Roadshow was last assessed, we checked:
- PLI certification
- PAT certification
- Sample contracts and booking forms
- Company registration (if applicable)
- ProDub licence in place or disclaimer received stating not required
- Customer meetings offered for all events
- Verified customer recommendations
- Landline and/or low-call/freephone number made available to clients
The following aspects were NOT checked:
- Health & Safety Method Statement published
- Sample risk assessment and mitigation steps
