All our present DJ's are full time and all discos carries spare equipment in case of breakdown along with a professional DJ and a Sound and Light Engineer. Our vans are all brand new so no worries about breakdowns on way to the venue as they are fully fleet maintaineed by a large commercial vehicle company.
We are nationwide and carry over 250,000 songs from the 50's Rock 'n' Roll years to the present unreleased club music. Celebrations Entertainment currently holds a PLATINUM DJmark Award. This is the top-level award possible to DJs who have had their business practices vetted by DJmark. This is a difficult level to attain and only those members who follow all accepted industry best practices will achieve this level.
About the DJmark Platinum Award
To achieve the DJmark Platinum Award, Celebrations Entertainment has provided documentary proof of the following:
A Public Liability Insurance policy (also known as PLI) is held by Celebrations Entertainment. Last time we saw a copy of the certificate, the expiry date was recorded as 09/01/2011. PLI protects you and your guests in the event of a claim against Celebrations Entertainment and is a standard requirement of many venues.
Holding a ProDub Licence. This is a block royalty payment to music rights owners and allows the DJ to manipulate digital copies of music for public performance or reward. ProDub is a legal requirement. Learn more at the PRS for Music website.
Portable Appliance Testing records. PAT is a regime for testing and certifying as safe electrical equipment. Most PATs are valid for 12 months and the expiry date for Celebrations Entertainment equipment was last recorded as being 11/02/2011. Many venues now insist on seeing PAT records for their or your subcontractors as a condition of granting access.
Providing Written Contracts or booking confirmation to all clients.
A published company Health & Safety Method Statement made available to all employees and interested parties. Some venues, especially larger hotel chains, now require such documentation before granting access.
A recent Health & Safety Risk Assessment for an actual booking.
In addition, Celebrations Entertainment has also confirmed to us that they offer:
Pre-event face-to-face customer meetings, if required (included in the fee)
Music requests and playlists both in advance and on the night
A low-call or freephone number for customer use
Finally, DJmark have validated at least THREE recent positive customer testimonials as being accurate.

Customer Meetings
Celebrations Entertainment is happy to arrange a face-to-face meeting with customers prior to the event if required. This is included in the package price.
Music Requests
Celebrations Entertainment actively encourages requests and playlists in advance of the event as well as calling for requests on the night, if required.
Gig Preferences
We ask all members to select three types of celebration that they prefer to undertake. This does not preclude them from servicing or enjoying other types of event but simply provides customer insight into the type of business operated by Celebrations Entertainment. The following were selected:

Disco Parties for the Under-6s
Celebrations Entertainment provides disco parties for youngsters from toddler age up to around age 6 - also suitable for infant school events.
We can cater for children under 6 with our fun 2 hour disco mayhem. Our entertaineer will start the party off with a meet and greet. Where the children will be given the chance to do some activities while the other children arrive. Once all children are there we will start the fun of the Celebrations Entertainment Childrens Party. With fun games and children dance routines you know that your kids will have a fun time. We usually do two 45 minute slots with a half hour break for food. 2 to 3 members of staff with parents involvement as well.
Disco Parties for the 7 - 12 Age Range
Celebrations Entertainment provides disco parties for "tweenies" from around age 7 to 12 - also suitable for junior school events and proms.
Disco entertainment for the little ones. This will include fun dance routines, fun, laughter and games with the kids winning prizes throughout the show. This type of show usually consist of 2 or 3 members of our staff and we also ask for parents to join in!!
Disco Parties for Young Teens
Celebrations Entertainment provides disco parties for Young Teens from around age 13 - 16 - also suitable for school discos and proms.
Always a good party as the children are by now into their music and a full Disco is without doubt the best type of parties for this age group. With the latest chart toppers and full light show. We will have your kids dancing for the full length of the disco.
