Coloursounds Entertainment can provide you with a disco/karaoke show tailored specifically to your own requirements.

In addition we also offer a sound and lighting service for corporate events, amateur theatre/cabaret shows and quiz nights. For our wedding clients we can also supply Microphones for speeches etc.

DJmark Silver Holder

To achieve the DJmark Silver Award, Coloursounds Entertainment has provided documentary proof of the following:

• A Public Liability Insurance policy (also known as PLI) is held by Coloursounds Entertainment. Last time we saw a copy of the certificate, the expiry date was recorded as 31/01/2013. PLI protects you and your guests in the event of a claim against Coloursounds Entertainment and is a standard requirement of many venues.

• Holding a ProDub Licence. This is a block royalty payment to music rights owners and allows the DJ to manipulate digital copies of music for public performance or reward. ProDub is a legal requirement. Learn more at the PRS for Music website.

• Portable Appliance Testing records. PAT is a regime for testing and certifying as safe electrical equipment. Most PATs are valid for 12 months and the expiry date for Coloursounds Entertainment equipment was last recorded as being 30/06/2012. Many venues now insist on seeing PAT records for their or your subcontractors as a condition of granting access.

• Providing Written Contracts or booking confirmation to all clients.

Client Meetings Policy

Coloursounds Entertainment is happy to arrange a face-to-face meeting with customers prior to the event if required. This is included in the package price.

Music Requests Policy

Coloursounds Entertainment actively encourages requests and playlists in advance of the event as well as calling for requests on the night, if required.

A karaoke service in conjunction with, or separate from, the mobile disco offering.

Visual display screens running music videos, custom video/photo slideshows or moving graphics.
