Quote Request Alerts

When a customer requests a quote from you we can alert you in one of two ways - we can simply E-Mail you or we can also send you an SMS Text Message.

Some members' lack of continual email access puts them at a competitive disadvantage, however sending SMS messages costs money. Therefore, if you elect to have SMS quote alerts sent, we will deduct one credit from your 'Text' balance each time. If your 'Text' balance is zero, we will not be able to send alerts this way irrespective of the setting chosen.
