Full-time professional DJ and keyboard player.

1 large mobile disco rig with professional grade equipment and custom made stands to hide all cables for a neat appearance.

We operate modern LED lighting, star cloths and lighting effects plus a haze machine and two laser effects.

Our minimum booking is two and a half hours - just pay a 50 pound booking deposit and your date is saved on my online calendar / website then just pay the balance in cash on the night at the venue.

We'll provide a playlist and timings list to help you plan your evening. Karaoke may also be added and we carry in excess of 8,500 karaoke tracks to choose from. 2 microphone inputs allow small groups to sing together.

We travel up to 30 miles from our base.

I also play pro keyboard - ideal for care homes (weekdays) and outdoor events etc. as well as family parties and dinners.

To achieve the DJmark Gold Award, Small Venues Discos has provided documentary proof of the following:

• A Public Liability Insurance policy (also known as PLI) is held by Small Venues Discos. Last time we saw a copy of the certificate, the expiry date was recorded as 20/01/2013. PLI protects you and your guests in the event of a claim against Small Venues Discos and is a standard requirement of many venues.

• Holding a ProDub Licence. This is a block royalty payment to music rights owners and allows the DJ to manipulate digital copies of music for public performance or reward. ProDub is a legal requirement. Learn more at the PRS for Music website.

• Portable Appliance Testing records. PAT is a regime for testing and certifying as safe electrical equipment. Most PATs are valid for 12 months and the expiry date for Small Venues Discos equipment was last recorded as being 18/01/2013. Many venues now insist on seeing PAT records for their or your subcontractors as a condition of granting access.

• Providing Written Contracts or booking confirmation to all clients.

In addition, Small Venues Discos has also confirmed to us that they offer:

• Pre-event face-to-face customer meetings, if required (included in the fee)

• Music requests and playlists both in advance and on the night

• A landline number for customer use

Finally, DJmark have validated at least THREE recent positive customer testimonials as being accurate.

In the weekdays I am a full time pro keyboard player. I have no lessons, can not read music and can not play chords. But what I can do is magic - I can hum the tune in my head and play it! This is now full-time and I play around 50 care homes locally. I also play for private clients - garden parties, fetes, coffee mornings etc.
