The Ultimate Disco is a mobile disco available for hire in and around Dorset. Formed by John Humphreys and Danny Milano, we offer mobile discos for any type of party or event.

Music is played to a required taste or and event playlist can be provided before the event. Our equipment is of high quality and is amongst the best available in the sound and lighting industry.

The Ultimate Disco aim to be Dorset's Number 1 - a professional mobile disco for all occasions - Weddings, Proms, 18th/21st/30th/40th Birthdays, Engagements, Club Nights, DJ Hire - you name it and we can cater for it!

DJmark Platinum Holder

To achieve the DJmark Platinum Award, The Ultimate Disco has provided documentary proof of the following:

• A Public Liability Insurance policy (also known as PLI) is held by The Ultimate Disco. Last time we saw a copy of the certificate, the expiry date was recorded as 27/05/2012. PLI protects you and your guests in the event of a claim against The Ultimate Disco and is a standard requirement of many venues.

• Holding a ProDub Licence. This is a block royalty payment to music rights owners and allows the DJ to manipulate digital copies of music for public performance or reward. ProDub is a legal requirement. Learn more at the PRS for Music website.

• Portable Appliance Testing records. PAT is a regime for testing and certifying as safe electrical equipment. Most PATs are valid for 12 months and the expiry date for The Ultimate Disco equipment was last recorded as being 09/05/2012. Many venues now insist on seeing PAT records for their or your subcontractors as a condition of granting access.

• Providing Written Contracts or booking confirmation to all clients.

• A published company Health & Safety Method Statement made available to all employees and interested parties. Some venues, especially larger hotel chains, now require such documentation before granting access.

• A recent Health & Safety Risk Assessment for an actual booking.

In addition, The Ultimate Disco has also confirmed to us that they offer:

• Pre-event face-to-face customer meetings, if required (included in the fee)

• Music requests and playlists both in advance and on the night

• A landline number for customer use

Finally, DJmark have validated at least THREE recent positive customer testimonials as being accurate.

Client Meetings Policy

The Ultimate Disco is happy to arrange a face-to-face meeting with customers prior to the event if required. This is included in the package price.

Music Requests Policy

The Ultimate Disco actively encourages requests and playlists in advance of the event as well as calling for requests on the night, if required.

DJs with their own playout source for bars & clubs with their own equipment.

A karaoke service in conjunction with, or separate from, the mobile disco offering.

Video Disco / Visuals

Visual display screens running music videos, custom video/photo slideshows or moving graphics.

Master of Ceremonies Service

The Ultimate Disco will act as your MC or informal toastmaster, making announcements as required.
