SoundSurfer Disco have been providing music for a wide range of events in Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex for the past five years. The mobile disco team cater for birthdays,christenings, weddings, civil partnerships, Halloween, Guy Fawkes, Christmas, new years, school + college proms, children's parties corporate events and many more.All size venues catered for banquet, function, large and small halls, pubs, restaurant's, clubs, night clubs, wine bars, marquees, homes, and gardens to list a few.

Themed nights can be provided and include for example glam rock, motown, 60's,70's, 80's disco, punk, ska, old skool, rave, house, trance, r n b, classic rock, soul music, latin, raggae, swing, Other personal themes will be considered.

To achieve the DJmark Gold Award, Sound Surfer Disco has provided documentary proof of the following:

• A Public Liability Insurance policy (also known as PLI) is held by Sound Surfer Disco. Last time we saw a copy of the certificate, the expiry date was recorded as 12/02/2012. PLI protects you and your guests in the event of a claim against Sound Surfer Disco and is a standard requirement of many venues.

• A signed disclaimer confirming that due to current working practices within the company, a ProDub licence is not applicable to their operation. A ProDub licence is usually required when manipulating digital media files for the purposes of playing them in public / for reward and is a legal requirement. • Portable Appliance Testing records. PAT is a regime for testing and certifying as safe electrical equipment. Most PATs are valid for 12 months and the expiry date for Sound Surfer Disco equipment was last recorded as being 19/01/2013. Many venues now insist on seeing PAT records for their or your subcontractors as a condition of granting access.

• Providing Written Contracts or booking confirmation to all clients.

In addition, Sound Surfer Disco has also confirmed to us that they offer:

• Pre-event face-to-face customer meetings, if required (included in the fee)

• Music requests and playlists both in advance and on the night

• A landline number for customer use

Finally, DJmark have validated at least THREE recent positive customer testimonials as being accurate.

Client Meetings Policy

Sound Surfer Disco is happy to arrange a face-to-face meeting with customers prior to the event if required. This is included in the package price.

Music Requests Policy

Sound Surfer Disco actively encourages requests and playlists in advance of the event as well as calling for requests on the night, if required.
