Many DJs forget that each event is special. To me you are not a number or just a date in the diary. I am able to treat each event with the uniqueness and importance that you deserve. Unlike many DJ companies I only book one function per day. This means that I can be totally focussed on your needs.

I limit the amount of functions I book. This ensures that I am fresh and as excited about your event as you are. Weekdays you can find me on the radio. My voice pops up on BBC and commercial radio stations both local and national.

I have a vast music knowledge. I can pick the right song at the right time to help create the perfect mood.

To achieve the DJmark Gold Award, TheMobileDisco.com GaryScott has provided documentary proof of the following:

• A Public Liability Insurance policy (also known as PLI) is held by TheMobileDisco.com GaryScott. Last time we saw a copy of the certificate, the expiry date was recorded as 10/01/2013. PLI protects you and your guests in the event of a claim against TheMobileDisco.com GaryScott and is a standard requirement of many venues.

• Holding a ProDub Licence. This is a block royalty payment to music rights owners and allows the DJ to manipulate digital copies of music for public performance or reward. ProDub is a legal requirement. Learn more at the PRS for Music website.

• Portable Appliance Testing records. PAT is a regime for testing and certifying as safe electrical equipment. Most PATs are valid for 12 months and the expiry date for TheMobileDisco.com GaryScott equipment was last recorded as being 31/01/2013. Many venues now insist on seeing PAT records for their or your subcontractors as a condition of granting access.

• Providing Written Contracts or booking confirmation to all clients.
