Selecting the right DJ/Disco for your function isn't just about getting the cost right... they can make or break your party. Your DJ is in a unique position of trust and you want to make sure your guests have a great time and take away good memories, right?

Our mission...

Our mission here at needadisco.com is to examine the practices of our advertisers to highlight those whom we feel "go the extra mile" to ensure they give you what you expect. We examine the evidence before assigning our Suitability Star rating (0-5 stars) to each supplier. We look for:

  • Health & Safety Policy
  • Public Liability Insurance Policy
  • Portable Appliance Testing electrical safety (PAT)
  • Testimonials from previous customers
  • Existence of Printed contracts
  • Willingness to accept requests and arrange face-to-face planning meetings
  • Size of the organisation - access to spare equipment and DJs
  • Breadth of service offering
  • Membership of trade bodies
  • Other minor factors such as provision of low-call and landline numbers

Of course none of this guarantees that your DJ is actually any good... however if they are committed to providing good customer service, are safe, dependable, and willing to meet you face-to-face to plan your event, then the chances are that they will be much better than a random pin-prick in a telephone directory!

needadisco.com is owned and operated by VectisVibe - The Isle of Wight's Premier Mobile Disco Entertainment. With almost 25 years' experience in the mobile disco industry we are passionate about great customer service. We feel that there is lots of room for improvement in the industry as a whole which has suffered from a lack of regulation and a largely amateurish approach to service delivery.
