Advertising Terms & Conditions

1. All communication regarding advertising on www.needadisco.com, www.uk-parties.co.uk or www.djmark.org is to be handled via email to advertising -at- uk-parties.co.uk or , if available, via the 'Live Chat' icon shown on several pages of our website.

2. Advertisement placing and content is at the absolute discretion of the site owner at all times and the site owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel placement as it sees fit. Any paid advertisements subsequently cancelled by the site owner will receive a pro-rated refund.

3. A standard listing on the needadisco.com website (subsequently referenced by uk-parties.co.uk and if applicable by djmark.org) costs £39 per annum inclusive. This can be paid online via a one-off payment or a monthly subscription which includes a small admin charge.. No charges will be levied for the first three months of registration. We will contact you in advance of the first payment date to confirm that you wish to proceed.

4. Banner advertising will also be available on a per-area basis. This will allow up to three advertisements per page - one horizontal at the top of the page above all listings, and two vertical. These will be made available on a first-come-first-served basis. More details can be found here.

5. We will automatically contact you by email when something changes that adversely affects your star rating. Typically this will be the expiration of a certificate, and we will invite you to submit replacements.

6. You may request other amendments to your listing (including cancellation) at any time. Most amendments can be undertaken online, but for those aspects where we maintain editorial control, Two amendments may be conducted per annum free of charge. The fee for additional amendments is £10 fully inclusive per change. Paid advertisement fees will not be refunded should you choose to cancel.

7. The site owner makes no guarantees in respect of website availability, hits, clickthrough etc.. needadisco.com and uk-parties.co.uk are hosted as business websites with a reputable UK-based hosting provider with uptimes in excess of 99.5%

8. We reserve the right to contact providers of testimonials to confirm their validity and accuracy. All testimonials submitted for approval must include contact details for the provider.

9. All payments for paid options are to be made online or via invoice on 30-day terms. Full terms & conditions of payment will be issued approximately two weeks prior to payments becoming due. Non-payment of invoices by the due date will result in your listing being removed. A £20 re-instatement fee will be payable for late payments.

10. Applicants will also be automatically assessed for a DJmark award. The requirements for the varying levels of award are clearly shown on the DJmark website and we will not enter into any dialogue in respect of a failed or removed accreditation; we will simply process the assessments and report back on the result.

11. Consecutive uses of our generous Free Trial are not allowed. Advertisers who allow their initial trial to lapse will not be entitled to another. Should they wish to re-instate a lapsed advertisement, the full annual fee will be charged from that point.
