You're probably looking at this page because your DJmark Award has been withdrawn or downgraded.

If you've been downgraded (for example from Gold to Silver):

Chances are that you are not meeting all of the required criteria for your award level. Take a look at "Getting Your DJmark" which sets out what is needed at each level, and read this in conjunction with Member Dashboard -> Account Basics -> DJmark Awards which will highlight what is needed to move up to the next level. You might also find useful comments in your Account Transaction Log or on your Alerts Panel.

If your DJmark has been completely withdrawn:

It's likely that a document has expired - usually PLI or PAT - or you have ended your membership with NADJ or MDJN, which were automatically updating your PLI/PAT eligibility. Check our Member Dashboard -> Account Basics -> DJmark Awards which will highlight what is needed to obtain an award. You might also find useful comments in your Account Transaction Log or on your Alerts Panel.

DJmark is also withdrawn if your account is SUSPENDED for any reason. The vast majority of suspensions are due to an expired listing. Again, see your Member Dashboard for further details.

What next?

Once you have corrected the reason for the downgrade or withdrawal, we will re-consider your elibility at the next weekly review, which usually takes place on Fridays after 6pm. Exceptions to this are usually found on our outages page.
