Define Your Baseline Budgets

Use this form to tell us what your minimum rates are for different types of function.

By default we will send you details of all customer leads where the client has specifically requested to receive a quote or further details from your company.

We recently began asking clients to specify a maximum budget and around 40% are providing this information. You are now able to specify a baseline budget for each of the gig types below, and we will tell you in the email notification that the gig is below your baseline. This saves you wasting time responding to clients whose budget is too low, and prevents client frustration. If you have SMS notifications enabled, we won't text you with details of gigs that are below your baselines.

The baseline budgets that you share with us are NOT published anywhere. They are held internally on our database until such time as you change or remove them.

Considerations

  • many clients are inexperienced at hiring DJs and don't know what a realistic budget should be. They can often be persuaded to spend a little more especially if you offer additional services that they may not have considered. Therefore you might consider reducing your preferred baseline slightly to catch those clients who are within reach of upselling.
  • we will still email you with details of all leads where your company has been selected, however for those under budget we will highlight this fact. You are still given a PIN code and can review the full lead details online if you wish.
  • all direct leads are considered valid for our Value Pledge
  • customers are invited to specify their maximum budgets as one of the following: £100, £150, £200, £250, £300, £400, £500, Over £500

  • If you don't want to set a baseline, leave the box blank
  • If you don't want a particular gig type, set the value to 999
  • Pressing SUBMIT will instruct us to update your baseline budgets to the values specified below





Important Notes
  • Clicking SUBMIT will send the details to us and we will process them ASAP, but please allow 24 hours
  • We won't usually contact you about the changes unless we have a query
  • The details received by us when you click SUBMIT will over-ride any existing budget settings that we hold on file for you. Please ensure they are accurate.
