Forwarding of Quote Requests (Leads)

By default, all members will receive Quote Requests (Leads) via email to the account registered on file. Some members have reported that this leaves them at a disadvantage if they do not have continuous email access.

We are now able to offer Leads by Text using our TXT-ME service. When we receive a quote request for you, we will text you an alert message to the number registered on your account. For this to work we must (a) have a mobile number of file for you and (b) you must have sufficient TXT-ME credits available. Each quote request will be charged 2 TXT-ME credits. You will still need email access to get full details of the quote request.

If you DO NOT want us to text quote requests to you, just select the EMAIL ONLY option below.

• Clicking SUBMIT will send the details to us and we will process them ASAP, but please allow 24 hours
• We won't usually contact you about the changes unless we have a query
• If your TXT-ME credit balance is Zero we won't be able to send notifications by TEXT. You can purchase credits on the Membership Status page. Your current balance is 5.
