Please note this applies only to www.needadisco.com not to other companies' or organisations' websites to which we link. Personal Data will be collected, processed and used by needadisco only for the purposes of confirming the validity of such information, after which it will be securely disposed of.

No Financial information is collected by us; all online payment facilities are provided by third parties.

Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use to eliminate multiple postings and 'SPAM'.

We will not pass your details to any third parties unless you specifically request that we do so.

Quote Request Feature

needadisco.com now provides a 'quote request' feature. You may select a number of DJ/Disco operators and provide basic details about a party you are planning with the express intent of gaining a range of quotes and options. The personal information we gather as part of this process is extremely limited (name, contact number(s) and email address). We do not collect your postal address or any financial information. This data set will be passed unencrypted via standard email protocols ONLY to the third parties you have identified for the purpose intended. We have no control over how this information is stored or used once it is transmitted. We will keep a record of the incoming and outgoing email communications for a period of no more than 2 years and this information will NOT be used for any purpose other than intended.
