A sailing clubhouse on the ground floor with a bar and function room area above. Oddly^ the function room wraps around the bar^ creating a quiet area

The Lounge/Bar Area
Access is difficult as the function room is upstairs. This is a great facility for small-medium party as there is a large outdoor balcony adjacent to the function room to make the most of summer evenings.

The Lounge/Bar Area is on the 1st floor and accessed via a lift. Restrooms are situated in an adjacent room nearby. There is a bar in the room.

Informal Capacity: 130

Access is up a large flight of stairs

Disco Setup Area
You're asked to set up on the pool table. If you use a deckstand arrangement this obviously isn't going to work and so you then need to help the staff (usually one person) shift the table out of your way.
