Essentially a Christian holiday centre with a variety of function rooms which are hired out to raise funds. In practice this is a beautiful venue in an old house directly overlooking Sandown Bay. Lots of space indoors and out for functions of all types.

The Luccombe Room A good sized room which suffers from challenging acoustics - easily rectified by leaving some tables & chairs set up and filling it with people! The Luccombe Room is on the Ground floor. Restrooms are situated elsewhere in the venue, maybe some distance away. There is no bar at this venue but a licence is held and a mobile bar can be brought in. Formal Seating Capacity: 100 Informal Capacity: 120 Room has natural light and views of Gardens Nice room for a disco or band (or both! - its big enough!) Member Opinions Parking Access Setup Area Staff Room Facilities Wooden dancefloor Sound Limiting Device NOT fitted Stage Stage lighting No blackout capability Sound system/PA Air Conditioning Video projection Wi-Fi Availability - unknown Haze/Smoke allowed Parking Details There's a reasonable sized car park on site but if full there's a large public car park immediately adjacent to the building Access Details Drive over the grassed area to reach the function room conservatory entrance and then move vehicle afterwards Disco Setup Area Setup in one corner of the room.
