First floor function room is on the First floor and accessed via a lift. Restrooms are situated elsewhere in the venue, maybe some distance away. There is a bar in the room. Parking Details
No on-site parking. Choose from a loading bay on the High Street (limited stop) or reverse up to the gate on the esplanade adjacent to the Old Customs House (new lifeboat station).

Access Details
Horrible access through boathouse and gents changing rooms then a shared lift with caterers. Finally need to remove kit to far side of room through guests.

Disco Setup Area
Plenty of space and a good-sized dancefloor. Not a lot of height.

Management and Staff
Very friendly indeed - nothing is too much trouble

Power Provisioning
Not an abundance of power but a couple of twin 13A points within short reach of the setup area

Miscellaneous Comments
Due to full-height windows across one entire side of the room it doesn't get dark until very late in the summer!
