Permanent wooden dancefloor High permanent stage No sound limiter Blinds/curtains provided Air conditioned No useable in-house lighting effects Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Small car park at the front of the centre with fourteen parking spaces. Entertainer can reverse up to the main entrance and stay here all gig. ACCESS: Go through the double glass main doors, across the foyer and through double wooden doors on the right into the main hall. The stage is at the far end of the hall (it's quite a long carry). FACILITIES: There is a high, wide stage spanning the full width of the room. More than enough space for the largest of rigs. STAFF: Venue and bar staff all very friendly and happy to help. Gave us timings, setup info, wifi passwords, etc. Last orders 22:50 with music off by 23:30. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a nice venue ideal for mid-range family and community events. Better than your standard club but not quite top end. Allow plenty of time for loading as it's quite a trek from the car park to the stage." | |||||||
