ACCESS: Park directly next to the loading doors at the rear of the building. Go up five external stone steps through two sets of double doors into the function room. The stage is immediately on the right. FACILITIES: There is a stage which stands around three feet from floor level. The stage is wide enough to cope with a large rig and probably accommodate a band / other entertainer also. STAFF: The staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Checked if we could use fog / etc. No problems to report. Music off somewhere been 23:00 - 23:30. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Typical workingmen's club venue suitable for most budget functions types." | |||||||
