"The Bath Function Rooms are located directly above The Green Park Brasserie restaurant and offer a beautiful grade II listed venue in which to hold a party/corporate event/wedding. The Function Rooms are actually the old booking hall of the former Green Park Station which opened in the 1860s and finally closed in 1966. You reach Function Rooms via a wide staircase which leads directly to the first floor but there is no lift access so this venue is NOT be suitable for disabled visitors.
Fully refurbished a couple of years ago, The Bath Function Rooms are a licensed venue for weddings or partnerships, as is The Green Park Brasserie which is at ground floor level. The function rooms can accommodate 80 guests for a wedding ceremony/breakfast with a further 40 guests for an evening reception (120 guests in total). All catering is provided by The Green Park Brasserie Restaurant located at the same venue and they provide a range of menu options and the food is fantastic - we've tasted it!
Due to this being a city centre location, there is no designated parking but the function rooms are immediately adjacent to a large Sainsbury's Supermarket where you might be able to park (guests would need to specifically check any restrictions that may be in place). There is also no accommodation on site but this is plentiful in the city of Bath and there are many options to choose from just a short walk away."

ACCESS: Tricky - Unload in Sainsburys car park, move equipment across the wooden station area, into the old waiting room and up a twisting flight of stairs to the first floor. FACILITIES: Spacious set up area at far end of room. - width available: at least 5m STAFF: Very pleasant and friendly.
