Haze/smoke allowed No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No specific dancefloor area No stage area No effective blackout PARKING: Entrance to car park is via a coded security barrier. There is approx. 20 spaces so worth requesting reserved space. ACCESS: The easiest access to the small conference hall is via fire door entrance which is just past the main entrance. The main conference hall entrance would be via the main doors. For small hall park immediately outside fire doors and then access into the hall is either via 3 steps or a sloped pathway. Carry distance no more than 5 meters. Once unloaded move to a parking bay. FACILITIES: My set up was a the near end of the hall as you enter. Power is via single double socket and cables have to be run past fire exit so approx 5m. Another double socket is available on the opposite side of hall and this would need to run past main entrance. As the fire exit needs to be lift clear and main entrance is opposite fire doors the available width is not great approx 3m maximum. Depending on the room layout it is possible to set-up at the far end of the hall. STAFF: The hirer is responsible for locking up the hall at the end of the evening, POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Nice venue but note toilets are downstairs however there is a staff toilet and changing area to the right at the far end of the small hall" | |||||||
