No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No specific dancefloor area No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: PLenty of parking outside the front of the hall. ACCESS: Easy access from the front. Large double doors all the way through to the hall. Could be closer from the parking area but it is possible to park close to the doors when loading and unloading. FACILITIES: The hall is a large area. There is a very high ceiling. Due to the large size of the hall it is difficult to create an atmosphere. Personally I use a large multicolour drape at the opposite end to the DJ stand to improve the atmosphere. n nThere is a single power point on the wall that requires an extension lead to be run to provide all power. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: over 4m STAFF: No staff are present during events. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "I use smoke without issue. There are no smoke detectors at a low level due to the height of the ceiling. It is not official that smoke can be used but I have never had an issue. There is a kitchen out the back to store equipment if it is not being used by the event holders. Otherwise there is little space to store unwanted storage equipment." | |||||||
