No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No specific dancefloor area No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: Small car park (approx 16-18 spaces). There is a turing area right outside the hall entrance. Park-up outside to unload and then move to a parking bay. ACCESS: Two options for unloading. either park outside the main door and it is a short carry approx 5 metres through the main doors and then left through another set of doors into the function room. Alternatively entry can be gained via the large bi-folding doors at the end of he room (summer months only) FACILITIES: If the large bi-folding doors are in use then the best set-up area is to the right of the doors. If setting up to the left side then be aware of the entrance to the fenced off children's outside play area STAFF: The hirer is respinsilble for the venue management during the event. The caretaker was present during set-up and was very helpful. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a new venue built in 2015 and provides a beautiful setting looking out onto the adjoining churchyard. A very bright spaceous and airy function room with lots of natural daylight which does mean any disco lighting is relatviely ineffective until darkness. Overall a fantastic setting for any summer event but also a superb venue for any occasion. " | |||||||
