Permanent wooden dancefloor No sound limiter PLI requested PAT requested No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: Plenty of parking front and rear of the building. Parking available at rear directly next to ramp. ACCESS: Access is via a small ramp and through double doors which take you directly to the setup area facing the dancefloor. FACILITIES: Immediately inside the double entry doors. Carpeted area facing the dance floor. Plenty of space. Be aware that cable runs will need to go past doors and will need to be well secured. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Staff generally very polite and helpful though can sometimes take a few minutes to track down if theyre busy. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "A large room but the dance floor area takes up only about a third of the room and you play across that area rather than down the full room, so gear for approx 100 people is fine.
