No sound limiter Air conditioned PLI requested PAT requested Temporary wooden dancefloor No useable in-house lighting effects No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: There is a fair bit of parking on the grounds of the spa and next to the seafront but it fills up VERY quickly. Get there early! ACCESS: Park next to the large open air dome at the front of the spa and carry the gear up five external stone steps, through the dome room, through a set of double glass doors into the ballroom. FACILITIES: Setup is best at the rear of the room facing forward. Plenty of space for screens and a fairly large amount of kit. STAFF: The staff here are perfect. Bar and waiting staff helped us with parking, getting gear in, timings, food, drinks, etc. The Wedding Planner made sure that everything ran to time and kept us fully up to date. Last orders 00:00 with music off by 00:30. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a beautiful seafront venue perfectly suited to high end wedding receptions, corporate events, professional functions, etc. Shirts and ties only in here though folks!" | |||||||
